I am a WinoBeeroFoodo. An equal opportunity drinker. A food geek. My fascination led me to take classes like Chocolate Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Agribusiness Management, and Health Consumerism while pursuing my BSA in Food Science from The University of Georgia. Go DAWGS! My last big adventure before graduation was a very influential trip to Tuscany to study Viticulture and Enology for a month (read drink and eat myself into a coma). Back on this side of the pond, I made the epic move to California to do Sales and Marketing for a boutique winery and passed the level 1 Court of Master Sommelier’s Exam. Fast forward and my love of wine has birthed an even greater passion for beer, pushing me to take and pass the Cicerone Certified Beer Server Exam. Thankfully my interest in Yoga, Pilates, running, and healthy food choices have saved me from a life of morbid obesity. A wise person once said, “Everything in moderation, including moderation”. I will always be in search of that elusive concept in life called balance.
